We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Talent Nails and Lashes Ltd. as a permanent position.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing staff, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work to ensure the salon's equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized attention and care.
  • Emergency Situations: Serve as the point of contact for emergency situations, handling issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Co-ordination: Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and maximum productivity.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, implementing measures to maintain high standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and feedback as required.
  • Training: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day. You will work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

What We Offer

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is a full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate must have excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work in English.
