Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our restaurant team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a high level of quality and service standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics to inform management decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
