Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new hires and ongoing coaching to existing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory decisions and optimize our operations.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, and maintain open communication with team members to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
