Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, including planning, design, and execution.
  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure that projects meet their expectations.
  • Ensure that all electrical projects are designed and implemented in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all electrical projects meet the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including budget, timeline, and quality metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a project management role.
  • Membership in the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and medium voltage systems.
  • Experience in electrical design, including the use of CAD software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
