Job Title: Financial Control Manager

Gutmann North America is seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating financial activities to ensure the company's financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and investigate compliance issues to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to optimize financial performance.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
  • Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns.
  • Monitor financial control systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and optimal financial outcomes.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Advise senior management on financial matters and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Lead and instruct groups to achieve financial objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform human resources-related duties, including personnel selection and performance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and optimal financial outcomes.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve financial objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and instruct groups to achieve financial objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
