About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of construction management, civil engineering, and project finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project finances, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor project team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and control project progress, costs, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Civil, mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering degree or related technical degree.
  • At least 7+ years' experience leading infrastructure projects ($25-300 million) with a general contractor.
  • Knowledge and experience in water or wastewater projects, concrete projects, and business unit portfolio management.
  • Experience with running multiple jobs and projects with BC Hydro or Fortis BC considered an asset.
  • Detailed understanding of all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, materials, bid management, claims management, and safety.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $131,000 - $160,000 per annum.
  • Salary commensurate with education and experience.
