About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. Your creativity and enthusiasm will bring joy to our daily activities, from storytelling to arts and crafts.

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the well-being and safety of the children in our care. This includes supervising staff, trainees, or volunteers, leading activities, and assisting with record-keeping. You will also be responsible for observing children and preparing reports for parents or guardians as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs aligned with early childhood education principles
  • Lead engaging activities, including storytelling, singing, and outings to local points of interest
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to maintain a safe and nurturing environment
  • Assist with record-keeping, including tracking children's progress and health information
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver educational programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
