Strategic Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Development Coordinator to join our team at Queen's University. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fundraising, communications, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the university's fundraising and communications efforts;
- Evaluate and refine communication strategies and programs to ensure they meet their intended goals;
- Prepare written materials such as reports, briefs, and website content to support fundraising and communications initiatives;
- Coordinate special events and promotions to raise awareness and funds for the university;
- Gather and research communications material to inform and engage stakeholders;
- Perform administrative tasks to support the development team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, communications, and strategy, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
