Project Manager Job Description

Port Hawkesbury Paper is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting or leading the development of new project/work scopes, maintaining project control through budget/schedule tracking, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support or lead the development of new project/work scopes
  • Maintain project control through budget/schedule tracking, analysis, forecasting, and reporting
  • Coordinate project implementation with all stakeholders
  • Manage engineering consultants, third-party contractors, and fabricators
  • Report project outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering or significant experience in project/construction management on industrial sites
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Knowledge of contract law as it pertains to executing projects on an industrial site
  • Experience in interfacing with contractors – tracking site safety and productivity
  • Proficient in project budget development and tracking
