Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Clients
The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for greeting them, directing them to the appropriate staff member, and providing general information about our services.
Providing Administrative SupportThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, receiving and issuing payments, and performing clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail.
Answering Telephone and Relaying MessagesThe Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages to the appropriate staff member in a timely and professional manner.
Providing Customer ServiceThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
The successful candidate must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceWhile experience is an asset, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Language of WorkThe language of work is English.
Working HoursThe working hours are 40 hours per week.
