About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Home Decoration & Painting as a Painter Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our painters with various tasks, ensuring the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mixing and Preparing Materials: Assist painters in mixing and preparing materials such as concrete and asphalt for various decorative and painting projects.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean and organize salvaged materials, ensuring they are ready for use in future projects.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Spill Response: Respond to and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
