Kitchen Helper Job Description

B.C. LTD. is seeking a reliable and team-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of food, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and supporting our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation, including loading buspans and trays, scouring pots and pans, and packaging take-out food.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
