Receptionist Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Rooster Building group. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, order office supplies, and send invoices as needed.
- Support for Diverse Groups: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
