Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to support our pharmacy team in various locations across Ontario.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the pharmacy area is clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process prescription orders and over-the-counter medications efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and order products as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and directing inquiries to pharmacists when necessary.
  • Process cash register transactions and handle payments with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ensure the pharmacy area meets safety and health regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in pharmacy practices is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication management principles.
