Job Title: Pharmacy Technical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at ONE MEDICAL PHARMACY.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Technical Assistant will provide administrative and technical support to our pharmacy team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy of prescription information and maintain prescription records
  • Enter client information into databases and maintain inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Assist pharmacists with various tasks, including preparing medications for clients and billing third-party insurers
  • Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products, as well as order supplies and equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory, schedule appointments, and confirm client information
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Kroll Software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and walking
