Job Title: Wholesale Establishment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team at Swansea Products Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations. This includes studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. The successful candidate will also be responsible for determining merchandise and services to be sold, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
