Job Title: Wholesale Establishment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team at Swansea Products Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our wholesale establishment, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our wholesale customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these findings.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to our wholesale customers.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the wholesale establishment, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet the needs of our wholesale customers.
