GKB Maintenance is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a tidy and well-maintained space
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to promote hygiene and sanitation
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sterility
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and healthy environment for users
  • Handle and report lost and found items to help reunite them with their rightful owners
  • Provide basic information on facilities to assist clients and visitors
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to keep facilities looking their best
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a hygienic environment for employees
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
