The Opportunity
Regal Rexnord, a leading global industrial manufacturer, is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts and showcase our innovative solutions to various industries.
Your Mission
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a current and engaging website to attract visitors and showcase our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure specifications, product documentation, and operational manuals are up-to-date.
- Coordinate trade shows and industry events to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.
- Design and develop product brochures tailored for specific markets, such as Data Centers, Waste Water Treatment, Backup Power, and Healthcare.
- Create compelling marketing communications and campaigns for representatives, customers, consultant engineers, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about key market trends and prepare debriefings for the Sales team to help them better understand customer needs.
- Coordinate annual VOC surveys and activities to gather valuable feedback from customers.
- Provide feedback and industry information to support the development of new products.
- Collaborate with Regal Rexnord corporate marketing and internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and brand standards.
