Job DescriptionThis position involves designing water distribution, storm and sanitary sewer and road systems for residential and industrial subdivisions, municipal reconstruction projects and site plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and prepare proposals.
- Coordinate site plan and subdivision projects from initial concept to completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate records and files for all projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in design and management of site plans and subdivisions.
- P.Eng. designation.
- Strong knowledge of municipal design standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
