Join Our Team as a Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at BCAA. As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring that our data is accurate, reliable, and secure.

About the Role

This is a regular full-time position that requires a strong background in data engineering, with a focus on building scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes. You will work closely with our data science team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines and data warehouses to support business intelligence and data science initiatives
  • Develop and maintain data models and data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data architecture and data engineering solutions
  • Develop and maintain automated data processes and data workflows to support business operations
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior data engineers and data analysts
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on building scalable data pipelines and data warehouses
  • Strong background in data modeling, data governance, and data architecture
  • Experience with data engineering tools and technologies, such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, and AWS Glue
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, and Scala
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $103,506.96 to $129,383.64, as well as a performance bonus target of 9% with the opportunity to earn up to 15%. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
