We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at BCAA. As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring that our data is accurate, reliable, and secure.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of data professionals who are passionate about innovation and collaboration. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and architectures
  • Developing and maintaining data models and data governance frameworks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business problems
  • Providing data engineering expertise to support business intelligence and data science initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $103,506.96 to $129,383.64, as well as a performance bonus target of 9% with the opportunity to earn up to 15%. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
