About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Margherita Di Donato. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring clients receive adequate nutrition
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Assist with medication management and other health-related tasks, as needed
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in a care-related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
