Job Title: Family Caregiver

DAVIDE GUIDO, STELLA GUIDO is seeking a compassionate and reliable Family Caregiver to join our team. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the client's comfort and dignity.
  • Assist with medication management, following established protocols.
  • Support clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Encourage regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical well-being.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, considering dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship, engaging in activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
  • Assist with laundry, ironing, and other household tasks.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in caregiving or a related field is an asset.
  • CPR and First Aid Certificates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

Our clients require support in their own homes, and as a Family Caregiver, you will work in a variety of settings, including private residences and community facilities.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication, but we welcome applicants who are fluent in other languages.

Security and Safety:

We require a criminal record check for all applicants.

Physical Demands:

The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting, with the ability to handle weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
