We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our restoration services team, you will be responsible for overseeing emergency response efforts and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Paul Davis brand: Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity, and maintain a positive image of the company in the community.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the point person and first responder for every emergency loss, and establish and record the scope of work to be accomplished.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and supervise work on Emergency Water Services, including extraction, developing drying plans, and providing project documentation.
  • Fire and Smoke Services: Coordinate and supervise work on Emergency Fire/Smoke Services, including deodorization, pack-outs, board-ups, and securing structure.
  • Mold Remediation: Coordinate and supervise work on Mold Remediation, including demolition and cleaning.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee Equipment Maintenance and expendables, including maintaining MSDS sheets.
  • Communication: Communicate with Management & Customers, and maintain relationships with adjusters.
  • Training and Supervision: Train and supervise emergency services technicians and assistant technicians.
  • On-Call Rotation: Perform on-call rotation as needed.
  • Job Completion: Complete jobs successfully and obtain certificate of completion.
  • Physical Demands: Able to climb a ladder, lift at least 75 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity.
  • Certifications: Required IICRC certifications: Water Restoration Technician, ASD, Fire & Smoke Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation (PDR Certification), Carpet & Upholstery Technician (PO Certification)
  • Education and Licensing: Required High School diploma or equivalency, valid Driver's License, copy of current driving history issued by DMV
