Gas Station Supervisor

Ab Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales workers to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments: Verify and authorize payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate the ordering of merchandise, including fuel, food, and other essential items, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and minimizing waste.
- Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
