Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Conbora Forming Inc. as a Surface Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing, with a focus on surface preparation and finishing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Working at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. The work site will be outdoors, with exposure to dust and noise.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in concrete finishing
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Excellent client focus and team player skills
