Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards.
  • Storage and Organization: Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly stored and organized to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen.
  • Hand Washing and Sanitizing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed.
  • Scouring and Cleaning: Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue and maintain a clean kitchen.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
