Job Title: Director, Data

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Data to join our team at SOTI Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic KPIs and metrics that measure and drive the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
  • Architect and oversee the execution of sophisticated, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.
  • Utilize advanced marketing automation tools and CRM systems to orchestrate and optimize campaign performance, lead scoring, and pipeline contribution.
  • Ensure seamless integration of brand messaging and positioning across all marketing initiatives, enhancing brand equity and market presence.
  • Design and implement robust sales enablement programs, including efficient lead handoff processes, targeted sales training, and the creation of high-value sales collateral.
  • Provide strategic insights and regular feedback to sales leadership on lead quality, campaign impact, and market opportunities.
  • Utilize sophisticated analytics and reporting tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Deliver strategic performance reports to the executive team, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation through A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Establish clear performance goals and provide strategic direction, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Manage strategic relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the execution of high-quality marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • ~10+ years of strategic experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • ~ Deep understanding of advanced digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • ~ Proficiency in sophisticated marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • ~ Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • ~ Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • ~ Strong strategic leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous development.
  • ~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
