About the Role

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team at Thind Bro's Home Ltd as a carpenter. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the construction of residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and layout building sites to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials such as wood, wood substitutes, and steel to construct building frameworks, walls, and roofs.
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to ensure a safe and secure living or working environment.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the carpentry trade.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to relocate for this position.
