About the Role

Carewest Innovative Healthcare is seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive client assessments, developing client care plans, and ensuring the nutritional needs of our clients are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop client care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure client safety and nutritional requirements are met
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans that incorporate current clinical knowledge and best practices
  • Document and maintain all aspects of nutritional care in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduation from a recognized degree program in Foods and Nutrition
  • Registration with the College of Dietitians of Alberta required
  • Experience as a Clinical Dietitian in a clinical and/or continuing care setting is required
  • Experience working with Filemaker, MealSuite, and Epic is required
  • Understanding and experience working with AHS diet guidelines
