Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Aide to join our team at PLAN IT CONSULTING INC. as a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure their comfort and well-being.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, engaging them in outdoor recreational activities and promoting social interaction.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by performing tasks such as making beds, maintaining patients' rooms, and managing inventory of supplies.
- Prepare and serve meal trays to patients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
- Respond to patients' call signals to determine their needs and provide assistance promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive high-quality care and support.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- First Aid Certificate and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- English language proficiency as the primary language of communication.
- 35 hours per week work schedule.
