At EXP, we're seeking a talented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in North Bay or Huntsville, Ontario. As a key member of our design team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting infrastructure projects, including watermains, storm and sanitary sewers, grading, and storm water management.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our design project manager to deliver high-quality designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and implement design solutions for Civil/Siteworks infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee contractor compliance with contractual requirements and ensure accurate payments.
  • Prepare site reports and perform Contract Administrator and Inspection tasks.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
