Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Oasis Landscaping Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, Supervise and Schedule Staff: Lead a team of landscape professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate work schedules to meet project deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan, Manage and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of landscape construction projects, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: Accurately record and maintain project records, including staff hours, materials used, and project progress.
  • Repair and Maintain Equipment: Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition, performing regular maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment and Supplies: Source and procure the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support project delivery.

    Workplace Information:

    • On the Road Job: This role requires frequent travel to project sites, so a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential.
