Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Oasis Landscaping Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, Supervise, and Schedule Staff: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of landscapers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Schedule Work: You will be responsible for creating and managing schedules for our landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan, Manage, and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and supervision of landscape construction work, ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and logs of all landscaping projects, including staff hours, materials used, and any issues that may arise.
  • Repair and Maintain Equipment: You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, and for making any necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment, and Supplies: You will be responsible for ordering and managing all materials, equipment, and supplies needed for landscaping projects.
