Preventive Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

Brandt is seeking a skilled Preventive Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa. This role is responsible for providing expert preventive maintenance quotes to our sales and customer support teams, as well as ensuring the efficient and timely fulfillment of our contractual preventive maintenance business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance quotes and agreements in our contracts management system
  • Administer and track preventive maintenance agreements, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Coordinate with customers and preventive maintenance technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Update and maintain our pricing calculator tool to ensure accurate quotes
  • Handle incoming preventive maintenance call requests from internal and external customers
  • Manage prepaid agreements and ensure timely invoicing
  • Utilize John Deere Link to monitor and track customer machines with preventive maintenance contracts
Requirements:
  • Experience in maintenance of construction equipment and service delivery activities
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to multitask in a high-volume workload environment
  • Knowledge of contracts and associated processes management
  • Proficiency in MS Office software tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and make informed decisions
