Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Patricia Lake Bungalows. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and resort facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our hotel and resort facilities, including heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Appliance Repair: Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with appliances and equipment.
- Safety and Security: Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.
- Grounds Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, and perform other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
- Snow and Ice Removal: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with minimal supervision required.
- Tools and Equipment: The successful candidate will be required to use their own tools and equipment.
