Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Appliance Repair: Conduct minor repairs on appliances and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Safety and Security: Perform regular safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.
- Grounds Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to maintain a beautiful and welcoming environment.
- Snow and Ice Removal: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to our facilities.
As a Building Maintenance Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
