Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Allocate resources, authorize department establishment, and coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish organizational objectives, formulate policies, and approve programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Staff Management: Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and executive staff, creating optimal working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, and teamwork
