We provide a professional and individualized approach to a client-centered support system, reinforcing safety and contributing to specific client needs in their environment.

Our clients rely on us to provide qualified, reliable, and caring professionals to implement a high level of service to clients and patients who require unique care.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with non-medical activities of daily living in accordance with individual service plans and our client's policies and procedures.
  • Support clients with physical or cognitive disabilities, brain injuries, or disabilities related to aging.
  • Engage in friendly conversations and provide emotional support.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry assistance.
  • Prepare meals and assist with bowel and bladder procedures.
  • Lifts and transfers clients as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Graduate of an approved Personal Support Worker course in Ontario, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities, older adults, or as an informal caregiver is considered an asset.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to perform duties in a professional manner that respects dignity and the right to privacy, and maintains client and staff health and safety.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Vulnerable Police Sector Check - Valid within the year.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by receiving all required doses of a vaccine approved by Health Canada at least 14 days prior to the start of employment.
