Overview

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

As a Senior Healthcare Professional with Extendicare, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to residents in accordance with established standards and protocols. Your leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide personal care staff will be invaluable assets to our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams

• Provide guidance and support to personal care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care

• Assist in training and orienting new team members to ensure a smooth transition

Requirements

• Current registration with the provincial College of Nurses

• Compassion, professionalism, and respect for all individuals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
