Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers, providing financing solutions for independent auto dealers, and driving business growth while managing risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and meaningful interactions
- Provide financing solutions for independent auto dealers, including floorplanning and risk management
- Grow the portfolio organically through promotional efforts and cross-platform partnerships
- Manage and balance risk on customer accounts
- Manage existing accounts and drive new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and objectives
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with reliable and dedicated transportation
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
- Ability to use and understand technology required for the position, including mobile applications and software
- High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets
- Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
