We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Diesel Equipment Assistant to join our team at Allspec Diesel Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Diesel Equipment Assistant will provide support to our mechanics and tradespersons by assisting with the maintenance and repair of diesel equipment. This is a permanent position with a variable schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist mechanics and tradespersons with the maintenance and repair of diesel equipment
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed
  • Help with cleaning machines and immediate work areas
  • Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Manual dexterity required
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
Work Environment:

The Diesel Equipment Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. The ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment is required.
