Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to determine consumer demand and trends, and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Merchandise Planning: Plan and implement merchandise strategies to ensure that our store is stocked with the right products at the right time.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our store and products to our target audience.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and loss prevention.
- Green Initiatives: Implement and maintain green initiatives and practices within the store, such as reducing waste and conserving energy.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
