Job Summary:

CSA Group is seeking a Project Manager - Standards Development to facilitate the development of national and international standards associated with natural resources. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of standards development, including committee management, leadership, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple national and international natural resources standards development committees
  • Identify and gain support for potential areas for new standards or training programs
  • Determine and manage resources required to complete projects
  • Ensure deliverables are achieved on-time and within budget
  • Support Communities of Interest and promote involvement among members and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Technologist or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years' experience in a sustainability or natural resources related field
  • Strong market segment knowledge and experience leading or working with multi-stakeholder committees
  • Experience in business development, writing proposals, and technical documents
  • Standards development experience or a history of working with standards is an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Designation as a Certified Project Management Professional or equivalent designation/experience
  • Bilingualism is a definite asset
