We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Colwin Electrical Group.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our management team, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Recruit and hire top talent to fill critical roles
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
  • CHRP certification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
