We are a rapidly scaling healthcare venture studio, and we're seeking an exceptional leader to take charge of our company-wide business operations.

As Chief Operations Strategist, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, building impactful business partnerships, and leading expansion strategies to solidify our position as a leader in healthcare innovation.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and teams to sustain rapid growth without faltering.
  • Oversee physical clinic buildouts and operational scaling with a focus on flawless execution and cost efficiency.
  • Build and nurture relationships with enterprise partners, and other external stakeholders to secure deals that drive impact.
  • Cultivate trust and drive performance across the team, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.

What You'll Need

  • A background in consulting, banking, clinical operations, or business operations.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in healthcare (medicine/veterinary/dentistry/allied health), or with physical expansions of healthcare businesses.
  • Exceptional EQ and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A fast learner and thrives in ambiguity and high-pressure environments, maintaining focus and prioritizing effectively when everything demands attention.
  • Not scared of rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds when necessary.
  • Dearly care about understanding and addressing customer needs.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary: $160,000 - $250,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
