Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President - Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services to join our team at NEW PRINCE TIRES INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to support business objectives
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to lead business units and teams
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation and management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
