Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness 10018. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for greeting members, presenting the OTF concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and introduce them to our studio and services
  • Present the OTF concept to prospective members and answer their questions
  • Work at our front desk, answering phones, and handling member inquiries
  • Give studio tours and showcase our facilities
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to existing and prospective members
  • Follow up with prospective members and handle their concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
