About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Labourer to join our team at Earthscape Ontario. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of hardscape and softscape areas, including pavers, flagstone, natural stone, walls, steps, drainage, and utilities installation. You will also be involved in the maintenance of landscaped environments, including mowing, raking, weeding gardens, and pruning trees and shrubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction of hardscape and softscape areas, including pavers, flagstone, natural stone, walls, steps, drainage, and utilities installation.
  • Perform manual duties to maintain landscaped environments, including mowing, raking, weeding gardens, and pruning trees and shrubs.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum G class license.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at a fast pace throughout the season.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
